I had the predicament of having to sell my house in NSW and find a new house in TASMANIA and settle on the same day to avoid a bridging loan. Paula found me the new place to live and did everything for me from coordinating building reports and negotiating with the agent, arranging settlement dates with both agents and solicitors and she even organised a schedule to move my pets and furniture so I arrived at my new home when they did. I don’t have a computer but Paula kept me updated every day telling me what to do and when to do it. She said “Noel, I’ll sort it for you” and she did. Wow.
